A texting agent for your business bank account

Stop checking the bank. Let it text you.

Cash On-Call reads every transaction across your business accounts and texts you the few worth knowing about. The client who paid. The charge that hit twice. The balance getting thin before payroll.

How it works

Set it up once.
Then just read your texts.

01 · Connect

Link your accounts in a few minutes.

Add business checking, savings, and cards through your bank's own secure login. Cash On-Call gets read-only access. It can see transactions. It can never move money.

Get early access

02 · Learn

It learns what normal looks like.

Who pays you and how often. Which bills land on the 1st. What a typical week of fuel and supplies costs. Once it knows your rhythm, it can tell when something breaks it.

See what it watches for

03 · Text

Get a text. Text back.

Every alert says what happened, who it involves, and what it means for your cash. Ask follow-ups in plain English, the way you'd text your bookkeeper.

What can I ask it?

What it texts you about

The money you'd want to know about.

Out of the box it watches for eight kinds of moments. Turn any of them up, down, or off by replying to a text.

  • Client payments

Know when a customer pays, and how much, without logging in.

    “Halcyon Dental paid $18,400.00.”

  • Big money out

Wires, large ACH debits, and anything over the line you set.

“$12,750 wire to Brightline Equipment cleared.”

  • Duplicate charges

Same vendor, same amount, same day. Caught before month-end.

    “Adobe charged $89.99 twice today.”

  • New payees

The first time money goes somewhere new, you hear about it.

“First payment ever to NTL Supply Co: $4,980.”

  • Bills that went up

Subscriptions and utilities that quietly raised their price.

    “Google Workspace: $144.00 → $172.80.”

  • Thin balance ahead

A heads-up when cash won't comfortably cover a big bill.

“Payroll Thursday is ~$31,200. Operating has $28,900.”

  • Returned payments

Bounced ACH and reversed deposits, the day they come back.

“Ridgeway LLC's $6,200 ACH was returned.”

  • Morning recap

One short text before work. Or none, if nothing happened.

    “Yesterday: 3 deposits ($24.1k), 11 charges ($6.8k). Nothing odd.”

Why not bank alerts?

Your bank already sends alerts.
They don't know your business.

What is Cash On-Call?

A texting agent for your business bank accounts. It reads every transaction, learns what's normal for your business, and texts you when something is worth a look. There's no app and no dashboard. It's a phone number you save as a contact.

Can it move money?

No. Access is read-only. It can see balances and transactions. It can't pay, transfer, or change anything at your bank.

Which banks does it work with?

Most U.S. banks, credit unions, and business credit cards. During setup you'll see right away whether yours is supported.

How fast do texts arrive?

As fast as your bank reports the transaction. For most banks that's within minutes of it posting. Some banks share pending charges sooner than others.

Will it blow up my phone?

No. Most of what hits your account is normal, so it stays quiet. If you want more or fewer texts, reply MORE or FEWER and it adjusts.

What can I ask it?

Anything about your own transactions. “What did we spend on fuel last month?” “Did the Halcyon payment clear?” “What's coming out this week?” It answers from your account data.

Can my bookkeeper or partner get texts too?

Yes. Add anyone to the thread and choose which accounts they hear about.

The next surprise charge is already on its way.
Hear about it first.

Join early access. We'll email you a setup link when your spot opens.
